All Uniclion products are entirely handmade. Each piece is formed from ceramic clay, then dried for about one week before undergoing the first bisque firing. After that, the piece is either hand-painted or glazed, and then fired again in a glaze kiln. Each firing takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.
